It was a thrill to return to Ramsey Golf & Country Club this past weekend for another beautiful wedding.

I really love that lately our clients are leaning towards classically designed wedding cakes, with hand piped details and lots of embellishments. This week's cake was no exception. Swags, which you see at the top edge of the cake tiers, is a simple detail that's taken up a notch with dramatic pearl drops. Showering the cake are oodles of sugar flowers created in our Dumont cake shop. Susanne manned the delivery of this beauty and told me that she had a chance to present the bride with her wedding cake. Our client was so happy that she had tears in her eyes! We truly love what we do!
